Q. What vehicles do Car Carrier Interstate transport?

Q.Do you transport non-registered or non-moving vehicles?
A. We cater to all our clients’ needs and can relocate vehicles both unregistered and immobile. Please note, if your car or vehicle is non-rollable you will need to organise the lifting of the vehicle onto the carrier. If the vehicle is unregistered at the time of booking, we will document a full description of the vehicle. If registration plates are still in place, we will list the numbers. This is done for identification purposes and to ensure the security of your vehicle.
Q. Can Car Carrier Interstate guarantee transit and delivery times?
A. At the time of booking we will determine an agreed collection and delivery time for your vehicle. Delivering your vehicle on time and on schedule is our priority. Transit times may vary slightly due to unforeseen circumstances that may arise mid-transit but, with our 24-hour emergency contact and designated tracking system, we will keep you up to date with the progress of your relocation as needed or requested.
Q. Where do Car Carrier Interstate collect and deliver to?
A. As transportation specialists, we can arrange collection from both country and metro locations and deliver depot-to-depot or door-to-door Australia wide. We offer an industry leading turnaround time of just 14 days on our Brisbane to Perth route, so contact us now for a free no obligation quote.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We offer a variety of payment methods for your convenience:
- Direct deposit
- PayPal – please note a 3% surcharge applies to payments
- Credit card – please note a 2% surcharge applies to payments via Visa and MasterCard
- There is no surcharge for direct deposit
- Payments may be made at both our Brisbane and Perth depots
Q. Is C.O.D available?
A. Unfortunately no. All bookings are to be paid in advance of transit.
Q. Can I leave personal belongings in the vehicle during transportation?
A. Yes, a variety of items may be left in your vehicle during relocation. Personal belongings such as bags, boxes and tools may incur further charges – please contact us for further information.
